PlanSpeak ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App").
We collect information you provide directly, including your Apple ID, name, and email address (provided through Apple Sign-In). We also collect the plans, tasks, and other content you create within the App. Audio recordings are processed for transcription and are not stored after processing.
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the App, generate plans based on your input, send you notifications you have opted into, improve and personalize your experience, and communicate with you about updates or issues.
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We may use third-party services for AI processing, analytics, and infrastructure. These services may have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data through the App's Settings screen. You may also request a copy of your data by contacting us.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
