Welcome to PlanSpeak. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlanSpeak mobile application ("App") operated by PlanSpeak ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must sign in with a valid Apple ID to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlanSpeak and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any plans, tasks, and other content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the App's functionality.
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be presented to you before purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
In no event shall PlanSpeak be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
